Salary – £25,000 + Company Success Scheme + Excellent Benefits Package

Location – Milton Keynes with Nationwide travel.

Monday to Friday –  08:45 to 17:00 with weekend event duties

We are looking for an Events Administrator to join our busy Marketing Department who will be responsible for the administration and coordination of events.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day administration of events working with the Event Manager on budget control, liaising with internal departments, quote preparation and supplier liaison
  • Assist with the diary of events
  • Booking of travel and hotels
  • Invoice processing (external/internal)
  • Processing of Purchase Orders
  • Venue searching, investigating venues suitability, and negotiating costs
  • Communicating with marketing team to create event collateral including invitations, itineraries, and on-site print materials
  • Assist with the administration and calendar of the event fleet of vehicles
  • Responsible for ensuring stock levels of Event Promotional material are correctly maintained and sourced
  • Assistance and support on site at events including set-up and breakdown

Candidate Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • Administration experience
  • Events experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Must be able to travel with this role (within the UK and overseas) and hold a full clean driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving licence
