Are you a proactive individual with managerial experience? Scania GB have an exciting position as a Head of Dealer Support Services. The Head of Dealer Support Services will be responsible for the financial performance of the R&M & Warranty portfolio whilst developing and delivering a support strategy, focussing on automation and efficiency to drive overall business improvement.

  • Planning, implementing, monitoring, and completing projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications
  • Managing others to ensure their work contributes to organisational goals. Developing individuals, building teams, and resolving conflicts
  • Maintains an up to date understanding of products and services necessary to perform duties and tasks
  • Using an understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance
  • Work with other key stakeholders in business to understand current ways of working and potential improvement areas by employing an inclusive and collaborative approach
  • Explore new system integrations within existing business functions for optimisation
